As a helping professional since 2000, I feel incredibly honored that I get to engage in healing work. What I’ve learned over my years, and continue to be moved by, is the insurmountable resilience, complexity, and beauty of the human spirit. I am passionate about our mental and emotional health, and being an agent of change.

The relationship between a therapist and client is sacred. It is built from trust and authenticity, and likewise an opportunity for mutual learning and growth. Life can often evoke pain, difficult emotions, and feelings of complacency. This is inevitable. The decision to seek therapy can be scary, yet very courageous. And courage is a matter of the heart. Our heart holds all and knows all.

We are unique in our own experiences, and often need someone to hold us in the light of our truth. I will hold such a space for you and support you in your journey to reclaiming your heart and becoming the best version of yourself. I take a holistic approach to psychotherapy and integrate various modalities and best practices centered around your individual needs.
