Group Counseling for Professional Women
About GrouP COUNSELING SESSIONS
Professional women are often managing a multitude of responsibilities: work, marriage, parenting, running a home, community involvement, and personal relationships.
Typically some areas are running smoothly while others are falling far short of needs and expectations. Making it all work can present quite a challenge and may result in a high-level of anxiety, stress and frustration. These feelings then contribute toward an increased level of negative emotions, making it even more daunting and overwhelming to get through all of the day’s challenges.
One of the most effective ways to get there from here is joining with other women in drawing from the richness of one another’s experiences and insights. Through identifying core issues, barriers that get in our way, viable options for moving to a place of strength, and workable strategies for implementing change, women can take significant steps toward creating and maintaining a more evenly balanced and consistently fulfilling life.
