What is the client portal?
The client portal is a simple and secure way for you and your provider to engage and share sensitive information online.
Since HWP is a paperless office, we use the client portal to:
Send and receive intake forms and consent forms;
Share documents and files;
Request demographic information;
Collect or update credit card information; and
Send statements, superbills, or invoices.
You may also use the portal to send secure messages to your provider, request appointments and make credit card payments.
