WHAT IS THE CLIENT PORTAL?

The client portal is a simple and secure way for you and your provider to engage and share sensitive information online.

Since HWP is a paperless office, we use the client portal to:

  • Send and receive intake forms and consent forms;

  • Share documents and files;

  • Request demographic information;

  • Collect or update credit card information; and

  • Send statements, superbills, or invoices.

You may also use the portal to send secure messages to your provider, request appointments and make credit card payments.
