Mariah has worked in a variety of mental health settings including supporting survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault, adolescents seeking inpatient treatment for eating disorders, providing outpatient therapy for adults, supporting helping professionals, first responders, and law enforcement as well as organizations by providing training, facilitating wellness programs and critical incident stress response.
Mariah utilizes a variety of therapeutic models and techniques including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Short-Term Solution Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness.
