Visiting providers are esteemed community partners who deliver their integrative services both on-site at Holistic Wellness Practice (HWP) and off-site as well. These practitioners, while not directly employed by HWP, collaborate with the organization to provide their specialized services, utilizing HWP’s facilities to enhance the well-being of clients within a holistic and comprehensive framework.

Ashley is the owner of Beauty Within Me, an integrative skincare and wellness studio. She became a licensed esthetician in 2006 at the Aveda Institute in New Orleans. After years of working with healing touch in esthetics, she was drawn to the restorative elements in which energy work could benefit her clients.

In 2015, she studied Usui Reiki, completing all three levels to become a Reiki Master. Her personal journey to wholeness and sobriety led her to breathwork. She received her training in conscious connected breathwork with Transformations, Inc. She is also trained in pranayama breathing techniques from Yoga Body.

Through these modalities, Ashley believes we are guided to evolve our consciousness, expand our knowledge, and connect to the healer within. By accessing our authenticity we support a more meaningful, and harmonious life.
