Kristi has had a passion for helping others her entire life. She was a hospice social worker for ten years, which were some of the most rewarding years of her life. The work changed her perspective on life, love, and happiness. Kristi is passionate about mentoring women at her church through a program that identifies the lies we tell ourselves and replaces them with empowering truths.
Kristi greatly enjoys working with couples at HWP. She is enthusiastic about exploring what keeps relationships stuck and uses proven techniques to work towards creating healthier patterns of connection for more satisfying relationships. It is possible to know each other again, to rebuild friendship and romance, and to learn new ways to solve problems and overcome gridlock.
Kristi believes that therapy is an empowering, collaborative process done in a safe and trustworthy setting, and works from an eclectic theoretical perspective. She is empathetic and has a non-judgmental approach to her practice. Kristi is equipped to help you master a positive mindset, maintain strong relationships, develop healthy coping mechanisms, create daily habits, make wise decisions with less regret, conquer limiting beliefs, navigate life’s transitions successfully, and help you find the joy in your life.
Kristi is a wife, mother, daughter, friend, bookworm, music lover, Jesus follower, blue-green temperament, and a 4w5 wing.
