  • Self-esteem and identity development
  • Anxiety and depression

She offers a calm, structured, and validating space where teens can build emotional awareness and confidence, while also helping parents better understand and support their child’s needs.

Nitsan works with adults who are:

  • Experiencing major life transitions such as relocation, divorce, or loss

  • Working through long-standing patterns affecting confidence and relationships

Her work with adults focuses on strengthening self-trust, emotional balance, and clarity during periods of stress and change.

As a bilingual immigrant, Nitsan supports immigrants of all backgrounds navigating cultural adjustment, identity stress, and the emotional challenges of building a life in the United States. She also works intentionally with members of the Jewish community, offering culturally informed care that respects religious, cultural, and generational values.

Nitsan’s approach is collaborative and grounded in choice, self-awareness, and growth. She integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with experiential techniques from Gestalt therapy.
