What is a Sound Bath?

Our Private Sound Bath Therapy is a relaxing and meditative sound immersion experience that will invoke peace and healing within you. Participants release and unwind as they ‘bathe’ in the ambient tones produced by crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other instruments. Private sound bath sessions are a meditative practice that allows your mind and body to sink into deep relaxation and healing.

Sound Heals

When you sink into a Sound Bath experience and guide your awareness to your listening, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from an active state to a more relaxed state, or even a dream-like deep meditative state. The frequency of the sound triggers your parasympathetic nervous system which slows your brain waves, lowers your blood pressure, and allows for healing.

Sound Bath Therapy

The sounds introduced during your private Sound Bath experience are an invitation for you to sink into a deeper state of consciousness. They are an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within your body and mind. The goal of our sound bath experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.

Who is it for?

A Sound Bath is ideal for people who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and overall fatigue.
