Depending on what you need, testing may be done in person in a quiet setting or during a scheduled virtual session with your clinician observing and guiding you. After the assessment, we meet with you to review results and talk through what they mean in real life, not just on paper.

In many cases, results are reviewed about two weeks after your initial evaluation.

We start by getting to know you. In an Integrative Psychiatry evaluation, your clinician spends about 60 minutes reviewing your symptoms, health history, sleep, stress, and goals.
