Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Generalized anxiety disorder is characterized by excessive worry and tension that are not focused on any one particular thing. Agoraphobia

Agoraphobia is an intense fear of situations where escape might be difficult or help would not be available if a panic attack occurred. People with agoraphobia often avoid public places, such as crowded streets, malls, or stadiums. In severe cases, people with agoraphobia may become confined to their homes.

Panic Disorder

Panic disorder is characterized by recurrent, unexpected panic attacks. A panic attack is a period of intense fear or discomfort that peaks within minutes and includes physical symptoms such as racing heart, shortness of breath, and dizziness. After a panic attack, people may worry about having another attack and may start to avoid places where previous attacks have occurred.
