Adam has been working in the counseling profession since 2008. He works primarily with men in the age range of 18 to 80 generally. Most of his clients have had work success but are not successful or content with their self perception and relationship life. Generally men deal with grief, sadness, feelings of inferiority, depression and anxiety on their own, silently or loudly. Many men are competitive and therefore silent about this part of themselves. This part of their struggle remains hidden not only to their detriment but to the detriment of the other relationships that surround them. Drugs, alcohol, impersonal sex, hobbies, isolation, etc. are not the answer. An external anything does not genuinely resolve an internal issue.
Adam can help you develop self-awareness and decision making skills that will improve relationships, increase confidence, enhance communication skills, decrease stress and anxiety, and identify the things in life that matter the most. Your presenting problem is basically an opportunity to personal growth and your unique process toward wellness.
Adam invites you to overcome your hesitancy and take the opportunity for change. Accept that you need to grow and reach out.
