Lindsay is passionate about addressing root causes of mental health and uses lab work and testing to create individualized treatment plans.  Be prepared to dive deep into gut health, micronutrients, genetics, hormonal patterns, and neurotransmitter testing! Lindsay draws upon a combination of supplements/botanicals, nutrition, and mind-body approaches that are evidence-based.  When medications are prescribed, she aims to honor a client’s goals and optimal outcomes.  Treatment is an ongoing and collaborative process towards wellness that honors the whole person.

Lindsay received her degree at Emory University and is a life-long learner.  She believes that medication can be creative, individualized and scientifically grounded.

When she isn’t digging into an herbal pharmacology book, she enjoys listening to utterly mindless audiobooks. She is a mother of three…and that’s where it stops.
