Karen is a 2014 graduate of the YogaLife Institute of NH, where she received her 200 hour Classical Yoga Teacher Training Certification. Karen originally began her yoga journey in 2000, when a friend introduced her to yoga as a way to help with relaxation and managing stress. A few years later after a car accident injury, she once again turned to yoga to help in her rehabilitation to rebuild her physical alignment. After seeing such positive “therapeutic” results, both from a mental and physical standpoint, Karen decided she wanted to take her learning to the next level and teach others.
Yoga is the union of the mind, body and spirit. Karen later found a special place in her heart for energy work, and the added benefits of reiki. This “union” or holistic philosophy is the foundation in which Karen shares with her clients for radiant health.
Karen is a member of Yoga Alliance and International Association of Reiki Professionals.
