What is Breathwork?
Breathwork or “Pranayama” is the fastest way to get out of your head and into your body (and heart space). Your breath provides a look at your current energetic state.
There are many forms of breathwork and we can personalize each session to your desire. We often will start you off with 3 Part Breathwork to get you adjusted and build on from this practice.
Each session will be either seated or in a lying position. It’s best to dress in loose fitted clothing that does not restrict your breathing.
Who is this for?
Breathwork is for all levels. Building up your lungs and respiratory system is very important. Everything starts and ends with the breath. Learning how to breathe properly is a valuable skill to add to your toolbox on all levels.
